Ingredients for Avocado Sauce

For Serves 4.
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • - Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped, fresh red or green hot chili
  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • 1 tomato, peeled and chopped 1 red or green pepper, chopped 1 onion, chopped

Preparation of Avocado Sauce

1. In a bowl combine the oil, vinegar, salt, and hot chili; beat with a fork to mix. Add the rest of the ingredients.

2. Serve with grilled meats.
