1. Remove the excess grease from the chops. Place the grease in a skillet and melt until there is 1 tablespoon. Reserve.
2. In a bowl mix the flour, salt and pepper; toss the chops in the mixture. In a skillet heat the reserved grease and brown the chops. Add the onions and brown lightly. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Cover and cook over low heat 45 minutes.
