1. Boil the corn and cut corn off the cob.
2. Prepare a white sauce by melting the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the flour and stir into a smooth paste, add the milk stirring constantly so no lumps will form. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and garlic. Add the sliced pimentos and corn. Serve immediately.
