1. Peel avocados. Cut lengthwise in halves and remove seed. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stuff with fresh cream cheese. Dip in beaten egg, then in crumbs.
2. Fry in hot fat until golden. Place in a baking dish and pour the tomato sauce. Finish cooking in the oven for a few minutes.
