1. In a saucepan cook the ayotes in plenty of boiling salted water, until tender.
2. In a frying pan prepare a white sauce melting the butter, adding the flour and finally the milk. Cook for a few minutes. When ready pour the sauce over the cooked and sliced ayotes. Serve hot.
