  • 24 small red radishes, finely chopped
  • 12 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 3 cups fried pork rinds, finely chopped
  • - Salt
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation of Radishes and Fried Pork Rind

1. In a bowl put the radishes, mint leaves and pork rind. Season to taste and pour the orange and lemon juice.
