1. In a small saucepan put together the tomatoes, garlic and peppers. Cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes have disintegrated, stirring once or twice. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook, for a few minutes, until the mixture is blended. Put the sauce in a jar and refrigerate.
