Ingredients for Corn Souffle

For Serves 6.
  • 2 cups kernels of corn
  • 1/2 lb. Munster cheese, diced
  • 4 tablespoons butter, in small pieces
  • - Salt and pepper
  • 5 eggs well beaten

Preparation of Corn Souffle

1. In a blender combine corn, cheese and butter. Season with salt and pepper and pour the eggs. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth.

2. Pour into a buttered oven dish and set in a pan of hot water in a 3502 oven. Bake for 1 hour or until set.
