1. In a large and deep frying pan pour 1 1/2 inches of vegetable oil. Heat the oil to 175°. Be careful not to overheat the oil as this will make the whites puff and brown. Break the eggs one by one in a bowl and slide into the frying pan.
2. Deep fry the eggs for 2-3 minutes. The yolks should be soft. Lift out with a slotted spoon and serve immediately.
