1. In a large saucepan cook the bananas in water. Once cooked, remove from heat and let cool. Peel and mash. Add 1 tablespoon butter and blend well.
2. Extend the mixture over a humid towel, in the shape of a large tortilla. Cover with the beans and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll and cut thin slices (1/2 inch). Fry in hot butter until golden.
