1. In the blender make a paste with the tomatoes, onions, coriander and garlic. Add oil and salt. Season the meat with this sauce and let marinade.
2. In a frying pan heat the oil and sauté the meat with the seasoning until browned. Allow to cool and shred finely. Reheat in the same frying pan and serve.
