1. Season the steaks with mustard, pepper, cumin and vinegar. Let stand.
2. In a frying pan heat the oil and sauté the tomatoes, onion, garlic and oregano. Add salt.
3. In a large frying pan heat oil and saute the steaks until browned on both sides. Add the sauce and cook, covered 10 minutes over low heat.
