1. Coat a mold with caramel and allow to cool.
2. Mix well the two milks, add vanilla and the beaten yolks, stirring. Add the beaten egg whites. Pour into the caramelized mold and place in a hot water bath; cook in a 350ยบ oven for 1 hour approximately.
3. Allow to cool and unmold preferably the next day.
