1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and strain into a heavy saucepan.
2. Bring to a simmer and cook over very low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon until the mixture is thick. Remove from the heat.
3. Beat the mixture 5 minutes and place in a mold. Cool and cut with a knife.
