1. Cut 3 peppers in halves and discard seeds. Finely chop the remaining pepper.
2. In a bowl mix the chopped pepper, grated cheese, cream cheese, chopped celery, walnuts, mayonnaise (for a thick paste) and seasonings. Beat until smooth.
3. Stuff the pepper halves with the paste, pressing. Refrigerate. Slice to serve.
