Ingredients serves 6

  • 6 rounds pizza dough, 8 inches in diameter
  • 1 lb grated mozzarella cheese
  • 7 oz smoked ham, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons prepared pesto or chopped basil
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

1 Place rounds on a smooth, flat surface.

2 Place 1/6 of the cheese, ham, and pesto or chopped basil on the upper half of each round. Sprinkle each with a few drops of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

3 Moisten the edges of the rounds with cold water and fold in half; press decoratively to seal.

4 Place each on a baking sheet and bake at medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until nicely browned.
