1. Cut the smoked salmon slices in thin strips. In a large bowl, combine melon balls and grapre fruit. Cover and keep chilled.
2. Just before serving, add the salmon to the fruit, along with the fresh juices and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to mix. Serve chilled.
