1. In a bowl place flour and salt. Add the lard and mix with fingers until crumbled. Add water and blend until the dough is smooth. Add more water if it is dry. In a floured board knead the dough for 1 minute.
2. Grease a flan mold or quiche pan. Roll the dough very thin and line the mold. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
3. Ina bowl beat the cream cheese until soft; add the yolks, flour, grated cheese, milk, chives and crumbled chips. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to mixture. Pour the mixture into the lined mold and bake for 40 minutes in a 350ยบ oven or until set. Decorate with chips and serve warm.
