1. Soak raisins in brandy for 1 hour.
2. In a bowl beat the sugar and butter. Mash the bananas with a fork and add to the butter, beating well (use an electric mixer). Add rum, flour, milk and soaked raisins.
3. Place the mixture in a ovenproof pie dish and cook in a 375ยบ oven for 45 minutes or until set.
4. It can be served warm or cold, with whipped cream and sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg.
