12 fresh ears of corn
3 eggs
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup grated cheese
2 cups milk
- Sugar and salt to taste

Preparation of Venezuelan Green Corn Cake

1. Grate kernels from cobs. Mix with other ingredients, seasoning with sugar and salt to taste. Put in well-buttered baking dish and bake until golden brown.
