Ingredients for Eggs From Caracas
For Serves 4. - 1/4 cup of dried beef
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon chili powder 2/3 cup grated mild cheese
- 1 cup tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 3 eggs, beaten
Preparation of Eggs From Caracas
1. Shred dried beef very fine and brown in butter. Add chili powder, cheese and tomatoes.
2. When the dish is simmering add the beaten eggs, stirring until lightly cooked. Serve hot.
