Ingredients for Corn Pancakes
For Makes 12 pancakes. - 1 1/2 cups corn kernels
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
- - Butter for frying
Preparation of Corn Pancakes
1. Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. Grease a skillet or omelet pan.
2- Drop the mixture, 2 tablespoons at a time, into the skillet and fry until lightly browned on both sides, turning once. Serve hot.
