Ingredients for Avocado Sauce
For Serves 4. - 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- - Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped, fresh red or green hot chili
- 1 large avocado, diced
- 1 tomato, peeled and chopped 1 red or green pepper, chopped 1 onion, chopped
Preparation of Avocado Sauce
1. In a bowl combine the oil, vinegar, salt, and hot chili; beat with a fork to mix. Add the rest of the ingredients.
2. Serve with grilled meats.
