Cooking Salvadoran
Ingredients for Salvadorean Meat
For Serves 4. - 2 lbs. beef meat (chuck or rump roast)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes peeled, chopped and seeded Butter
For the sauce:
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
- - Oil, vinegar, black pepper
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
Preparation of Salvadorean Meat
1.In a heavy saucepan melt the butter and brown the meat with the onion and tomatoes. Add cold water and cook over low heat until the meat is tender. Let cool and cut in slices.
2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the sauce, heat and serve immediately over the meat.
