Ingredients for Garlic and Pepper Sauce
For - 3 fresh hot red peppers, seeded
- 3 ripe red bell peppers, seeded
- 4 peppercorns
- 4 large garlic cloves peeled
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoon lime juice or 3 tablespoons each lime juice and vinager
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation of Garlic and Pepper Sauce
1. Pound the hot and sweet peppers with the peppercorns, garlic and salt in a mortar.
2. Transfer to a bowl and beat in the lime juice and oil or combine the ingredients in an electric blender and reduce to a purée.
3. Serve with pork meat.
