Ingredients for El Jibaro
For Serves 1. - 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons dark rum
- 2 tablespoons light rum
- - Dashes of Grand Marnier
- - Lime slice
- - Mint leaves
Preparation of El Jibaro
1. Combine the orange and lemon juices, dark rum and the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
2. Strain into a tumbler, add the light rum and Grand Marnier. Garnish with the lime slice and mint leaves.
