Ingredients for Cream of Potato Soup
For Serves 6. - 4 cups raw potatoes, peeled and cut
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 4 pints chicken stock
- - Salt and pepper
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- - Chopped parsley
Preparation of Cream of Potato Soup
1. Boil the potatoes and onions in the chicken stock with salt for 25 minutes.
2. Liquify the mixture until smooth. Add pepper, butter and milk. Heat through and serve garnished with chopped parsley.
