Ingredients for Rice with Tomato and Cheese
For Serves 4. - 1 lb. rice, cooked
- 1 cup pepper, chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 5 tablespoons butterSalt and pepper
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation of Rice with Tomato and Cheese
1. Mix all ingredients, except the cheese, and put them in a buttered baking dish.
2. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20 minutes in a 350° oven until lightly browned.
