Ingredients for Guacamoles
For - 2 avocados, peeled
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
- 10 green onions, chopped
- 1-2 jalapeños, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped
- - Salt and pepper
Preparation of Guacamoles
1. In a medium bowl mash the avocados with a fork. Add the tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, lemon juice, coriander, salt and pepper.
2. Check for seasoning and serve immediately.
