Ingredients for Cauliflower Salad
For Serves 4. - 1 cauliflower, divided into flowerets
For the dressing:
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon red pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cooked egg white, chopped
- - Pinch of salt
Preparation of Cauliflower Salad
1. Cook the flowerets in boiling water until tender. Drain.
2. Prepare the dressing by combining the remaining ingredients in a jar with alid and shake. Check the seasoning. Put the cooked cauliflower into a bowl and pour over the dressing. Chill for at least 2 hours.
