Ingredients for Crab Soup
For Serves 4. - 4 crabs, uncooked, cleaned and in pieces
- - Beef broth
- 2 plantains or green bananas, cut in slices
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- - Juice of 3 ripe tomatoes
- - Salt and pepper
Preparation of Crab Soup
1. Cook the crabs in sufficient beef broth.
2. Once cooked add bananas, milk, butter, tomato juice, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
