Ingredients for Radishes and Fried Pork Rind
For Serves 6-8. - 24 small red radishes, finely chopped
- 12 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 3 cups fried pork rinds, finely chopped
- - Salt
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation of Radishes and Fried Pork Rind
1. In a bowl put the radishes, mint leaves and pork rind. Season to taste and pour the orange and lemon juice.
