Ingredients for Shrimp Cebiche
For Serves 10. - 2 lbs. shrimp, shelled, cleaned and washed
- 2 cups boiling water
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup bitter orange juice
- 1 cup sweet orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 cup onions, sliced
- - Salt
- - Parsley or coriander, chopped
- 1 cup popcorn
Preparation of Shrimp Cebiche
1. Boil the shrimp in the water with the garlic 1-2 minutes; drain. Add oil to the shrimp and mix well.
2. Combine all the other ingredients and pour over the shrimp. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve with popcorn.
