Ingredients for Hot Pepper Sauce
For Makes 1 cup. - 1/2 lb. fresh hot red or green peppers
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 onion, chopped
Preparation of Hot Pepper Sauce
1. Discard the seeds from the peppers and chop them coarsely. In a food processor grind them to a pulp with the salt. Add the chopped onion and mix well.
