Ingredients for Avocado Sauce
For Makes 1 1/2 cups. - 1 avocado, pitted and mashed
- 1 hard-boiled egg yolk, mashed
- 1 tablespoon coriander, chopped
- 1 fresh green pepper, chopped
- 1 scallion, chopped,
- 1 hard-boiled egg white, chopped
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- - Salt and pepper
Preparation of Avocado Sauce
1. Mix the avocado and egg yolk thoroughly. Add the rest of the ingredients and season to taste.
2. Serve as a sauce with meat and poultry.
