Ingredients for Pebre Sauce
For Makes 1 cup. - 4 hot red peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 cups coriander, finely chopped
- 4 scallions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- - Salt and pepper
- - Water
Preparation of Pebre Sauce
1. Blend the hot peppers with the garlic cloves in a blender or food processor.
2. Mix with the coriander, scallions, oregano, oil, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Blend well and add a little water if the sauce is too thick.
