Ingredients for Chilean Salad
For Serves 6-8. - 4 cups onions, finely sliced
- 4 cups tomatoes, peeled and finely sliced
- - Salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup coriander, chopped (optional)
Preparation of Chilean Salad
1. Rinse onion with cold water thoroughly. Drain. In a bowl mix the tomatoes with the onions, season with salt and pepper to taste, add the olive oil and mix well.
2. Sprinkle with the chopped coriander and serve.
