1. In a bowl put the yolks and the eggs; beat until smooth. Add the powdered sugar beating, then the milk, vanilla and cinnamon to taste.
2. Prepare a light caramel with 5 tablespoon of sugar; cover the inside of a pudding mold. Pour the mixture into the mold and place it in a baking pan; pour hot water into pan to a depth of 1 inch. Bake in a 350ยบ oven for 30-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center of custard comes out clean. Cool and unmold.
