Ingredients for Chimichurri
For Makes 1 1/2 cups. - 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons Cayenne pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 bay leaf, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation of Chimichurri
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bottle, shake well to mix, and put in a cool place, or refrigerate, for 4 or 5 days for the flavor to develop.
2. Shake a few drops on meat or poultry.
