Ingredients for Carrots and Grapes
Ingredients for Serves 6- 8. - 2 cups orange juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons cold water
- - Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/4 lbs. carrots cut in diagonal slices and cooked
- 1 cup seedless grapes, washed
Preparation of Carrots and Grapes
1. In a saucepan boil the orange juice, sugar and wine. Reduce the heat and slowly add the cornstarch until it thickens. Stir 1 minute; season to taste. Add the carrots and grapes.
Cook to heat. Serve immediately.
