1 Fry meat in hot oil. Add carrot and continue frying. Add onion, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper.
2 Add 2 quarts boiling water and cook for 45 minutes until the meat is tender.
3 Add the potatoes, green beans, peas, and rice. Continue cooking for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are well cooked.
