Ingredients for Fried Rice
Ingredients for Serves 4-6. - 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup ham, chopped
- 5 scallions, chopped
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tablespoon salted almonds
Preparation of Fried Rice
1. In a wok heat the oil and add the scallions and ham. Sauté 1 minute; add the rice, salt and soy sauce. With 2 spoons stir the rice to heat all over. Add the eggs, stir at high heat 1 minute or until cooked. Sprinkle with almonds.
