Ingredients for Pastrami Rolls
Ingredients for Makes 32 approximately. - 1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon dilled pickles, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
- - Drops Tabasco
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
- - Dash salt and pepper
- 8 slices pastrami (or other cold cut), thinly sliced
Preparation of Pastrami Rolls
1. Mix all ingredients, except the pastrami. Dry the meat on paper towel. Spread a tablespoon of mixture over the meat and roll lengthwise.
2. Place them in the freezer for 30 minutes or until rolls are firm to slice. Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Serve with toasts or saltines.
