Ingredients for Baked Meat Casserole
Ingredients for Serves 8. - 8 ozs. butter
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 3 onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup green chilies, chopped
- 1 lb. grated cheese
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 5 ounce package noodles, partially cooked
- 1 cup black olives
- - Salt and pepper
Preparation of Baked Meat Casserole
1. In a heavy saucepan melt the butter and sauté the meat. Add the onions, garlic, celery and chilies. Sauté until the vegetables are tender. Add the cheese, tomato paste, corn, tomato soup, mushrooms, noodles and olives. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Pour in an oven dish and cook in a 350º oven for 1 hour.
