Ingredients for Peas and Peanut Salad
Ingredients for Serves 6. - 2 cups cooked peas
- 5 scallions, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 3 bacon slices, fried and crumbled
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 1/4 teaspoons curry powder
- - Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts
- - Lettuce leaves, washed and dried
Preparation of Peas and Peanut Salad
1. In a bowl mix peas with scallions, celery and bacon. In another bowl mix sour cream, curry, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and mix well. At the last minute add the peanuts. Serve over lettuce leaves.
