Ingredients for Smoked Salmon with Melon
Ingredients for Serves 4-6. - 6 ozs. smoked salmon
- 2 cups honeydew melon cut in balls
- 2 cups cantaloupe melon cut in balls
- 1/3 cup cubed grapefruit flesh
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - Salt and pepper
Preparation of Smoked Salmon with Melon
1. Cut the smoked salmon slices in thin strips. In a large bowl, combine melon balls and grapre fruit. Cover and keep chilled.
2. Just before serving, add the salmon to the fruit, along with the fresh juices and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to mix. Serve chilled.
