Ingredients for Clam Cocktail
Ingredients for Serves 4. - 3/4 cup clam, chopped
- 1 cup clam juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup red pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups tomatoes, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 cup fresh coriander, chopped
Preparation of Clam Cocktail
1. in a bowl put all ingredients and mix well; refrigerate.
2. This cocktail must be served very cold. Serve with green or red lettuce leaves in glass bowls.
