Ingredients for Serves 4-6. - 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 1/4 cups cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons liqueur, Drambuie, Grand Marnier, etc.
- - Orange peel in juliennes
Preparation of Cream Fondue with Liquor
1. In a small saucepan mix the cornstarch with cream. Cook over medium heat until smooth and thick. Add sugar and liqueur.
2. Pour the mixture in a serving bowl and decorate with the orange juliennes. Serve hot with fresh fruit.
